The Experience Freedom Leadership Program + Retreat (EFLP) is a 9-month program to expand your knowledge, gifts, wisdom and insight into service, clients, transformation and community.
It’s where you learn to share what you’ve already experienced, hone your existing skills to facilitate lasting transformation in others, create sacred healing experiences, build community and heal trauma for good. To have one-on-one mentors, teachers and coaches, to have read all the books, listened to the teachings, but still feel like something was missing. I wanted friends who really got it. I wanted to feel like I was surrounded by a team of powerful beings on the same path as me. I wanted people who could encourage my bigness, intuition and expression. I wanted mentorship. I wanted peers who could expand me and also receive my wisdom. People who “got it.” This is the program I always wanted for myself.
If I don’t have my practices, a teacher who can help me evolve, and a community of peers backing me up, I have nothing. From the outside, you might have seen that I’m a thriving woman living and sharing my truth, running a multiple six-figure business in a bikini with a huge community of family in a healthy, vibrant body and tons of love to spare. I live my version of ultimate freedom and I’ve helped hundreds of people do the same. But I am no stranger to severe trauma, fearing connection, mental chatter, emotional volatility, body shame, self-doubt and feeling alone in the world.

This is designed to teach you the fundamentals of trauma, how to heal it and give you the core key ingredients of trauma-healing so you can help your clients repattern and dissolve trauma in a variety of creative ways that will be unique to your skillset and gifts of love.
